What Is A Doula And How Can They Help Me?

A big-hearted person who wants to assist you and your family. A Doula supports you in your preparation for birth, during labor, and after your bundle or bundles of joy show their faces on their birthday. They are the voice you may need when you cannot speak up for yourself. They help you when you are ready to deliver your baby and make sure they ask the questions that you may not be able to do when you are in labor. We want you to lean on us to advocate for yourself! You get the best of both worlds a Doula and a Massage Practitioner.
